I felt in love with the reference picture,, and i just wanted to draw it! It was difficult to draw the face in the window with all those waterdrops. But also a challenge to draw..

I decided to do something different with the lips. say me what you think about...must I do it always this way, or the old way I used?

you show great ability to get the anatomy and shading good enough to make the piece seem totally correct in an anatomy sense.

What's missing is depth and contrast. You've brought out the black in the bottom, but you'll probably find if you review your reference the darkness will be present in other small patches, the eyes, the hair, parts of the shadows on the skin etc. The whole thing seems a little on the grey side, which is a danger when working with pencil. I think you need to work with an eraser to bring back some bright whites and also add in some darks, to really bring it to life.
